A new field called "LNP Email Contact" is available to the primary login for your organization. If your organization has a unique address for managing LNP please provide it here for updates as they become available. The default address for LNP updates will be the primary client email.
You can enable SMS by navigating to your Trunk > List DIDs > [your DID] > SMS. This functionality allows for SMS to be delivered via email, webhook (API), or forwarded to another SMS-enabled number like a cell phone. You can can also store and download SMS for up to 90 days.
DID ordering for US DIDs is now available within your trunk. DIDs are searchable AND individually selectable. To access the order process please go to Services > VoIP SIP Trunks > [trunk name] > Order DIDs - USA. Note that this service requires a trunk on the new sip-x.incentre.net cluster. If you're on our legacy SIP please email firstname.lastname@example.org for migration instructions.
