Call Block list


We're please to announce the immediate availability of our new call block list feature for client trunks. This allows customers to add single DID and wildcard values for incoming calls that when entered will be rejected at the trunk level. Please visit Services > SIP Trunks > [your trunk] > Manage Block Listfor details.

Conditional Call Forwarding now available on all SIP Trunks


We're pleased to announce the immediate availability of conditional Call Forwarding options for all trunks. This includes busy, timeout, unavailable, and unconditional forward options ensuring calls always flow from the trunk, even in the event of remote system outage. To activate these features please visit the Call Forward option of your desired trunk and enter an 11-digit DID where presented.
