Wholesale Schedule 5 — Colocation Services. Last revised: August 30, 2026.

This Schedule applies to colocation Services — rack space, power, cross-connects and remote hands in our data centre facilities, purchased in support of services you provide to End Users. It forms part of, and is governed by, the Wholesale Master Services Agreement (the "Master Agreement"), together with each accepted Service Order.

1. The Service

We provide the space (cabinet, partial cabinet or footprint), power (circuit type and capacity), and cross-connects stated in the Service Order, in the facility identified there, together with facility cooling and physical security. Connectivity is not included unless ordered separately under another Schedule. This Schedule grants a licence to occupy the identified space for the term of the Service; it is not a lease and grants no interest in real property.

2. Access

You may designate authorized personnel for facility access using the process stated in the Service Order. Access is logged. Escorted or after-hours access, where offered, is at the rates stated in the Service Order. You are responsible for the acts and omissions of your personnel and contractors in the facility, and they must comply with our facility rules provided to you, as updated on reasonable notice.

3. Power and environment

You will not draw more than the contracted capacity of each circuit. Power is conditioned and backed up as described in the Service Order for the facility. You will not install equipment that exceeds the stated power or heat envelope for your space, and you will not bring into the facility batteries beyond those integral to installed equipment, combustible materials, or anything hazardous.

4. Your equipment

Equipment you install remains your property. You will keep it in safe working order, clearly labelled, and confined to your contracted space. We may relocate equipment within the facility on reasonable notice where required for facility operations, at our cost and with coordination to minimize interruption. If your equipment poses a hazard or materially interferes with the facility or other customers, we may, after notice where practicable, disconnect it to the extent required to remove the hazard or interference.

Insurance. You will maintain commercial general liability insurance of at least two million dollars ($2,000,000) per occurrence and all-risks property insurance on your equipment, and will provide certificates on request. Your property in the facility is at your risk except to the extent loss is caused by our negligence or wilful misconduct.

5. Remote hands

Remote hands work is performed at your direction, at the rates and in the increments stated in the Service Order, on your instructions as given; you are responsible for the correctness of the instructions.

6. End of service and abandoned equipment

On termination or expiry of a colocation Service you will remove your equipment and restore the space to its prior condition, reasonable wear excepted, within fifteen (15) days. Equipment not removed within sixty (60) days after termination, after we have given you at least two written notices, may be treated as abandoned, and we may remove and store it at your cost and, after a further thirty (30) days, dispose of or sell it, applying proceeds to amounts you owe and accounting to you for any surplus. Where amounts are owing on your account we may withhold facility access for equipment removal until they are paid or secured, to the extent permitted by law.
