There are several ways to pay your Internet Centre invoice.
Credit card online (recommended)
Log in to our billing portal at portal.incentre.net. Your username is the email address your invoices are sent to. If you do not know or cannot remember your password, use the "Forgot Password" link on the login page. Once you are logged in you can make a one-time credit card payment, or store a credit card so future invoices are paid automatically.
Credit card over the phone
Call our office at 780-450-6787 and we can take a credit card payment over the phone. For your security, please do not email credit card information.
Interac e-Transfer
Send an e-transfer to billing@incentre.net. When you enter that address you should see a confirmation that it is set up for auto-deposit. If you do not see that, please check that the address is spelled correctly.
Direct debit
We can set up automatic direct debit from your bank account. Email billing@incentre.net to request a direct debit authorization form.
Cheque
You can drop off or mail a cheque to our office at 4130 95 St, Edmonton, AB T6E 6H5.
