Changing your mailbox password

You can change your mailbox password whenever you like, in either of these ways.

Option 1: from your service in the client area

Sign in to portal.incentre.net, open your Hosted Email service, and use the Reset Mailbox Password button.

Option 2: in webmail

  1. Sign in at webmail.incentre.net with your full email address and current password.
  2. From the webmail home page, open Password & Security.
  3. Enter a strong new password and save.

After you change it, update the password in any email program or phone that checks this mailbox, or they will stop connecting.
